HISTORIC FLORIDA KEYS BRIDGE
While driving down to the Florida Keys be sure visit the historic Seven Mile Bridge! The five year renovation of restoring the bridge has finally been completed. The bridge is now open for people to walk, run, cycle, and rollerblade on a 2.2 mile long bridge that parallels the Florida Keys Overseas Highway in Marathon.
Today, hundreds of runners participated in the annual race across the Keys’ longest bridge known as the 7 Mile Bridge Run!
- Ages varied from 7 years old all the way up to 85 years old.
- Racers from a total of 41 different states in the USA!
- 4 Different Countries: USA, Canada, Singapore, German
This year donations go to helping local schools and community programs!
